No Access to Roof. Tenant shall have no right to access to the roof of the Premises or the Building and shall not install, repair, place or replace any aerial, fan, air conditioner or other device on the roof of the Premises or the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord. Any aerial, fan, air conditioner or device installed without such written consent shall be subject to removal at Tenant's expense, without notice, at any time. Landlord shall repair at Tenant's expense, any damage to the Building or roof resulting from the installation, repair, use, or replacement or any such air conditioner or other device.
