No Act Permitting Cancellation. Producer shall not commit or authorize (or fail to use all reasonable efforts to prevent) any act or thing whereby any insurance policy obtained pursuant hereto may be voided or canceled, in whole or in part, or the coverages under any such policy may be adversely affected. Producer shall immediately inform Completion Guarantor if Producer becomes aware of any such action that has been undertaken or created by any third-party.
