No Action after Forty-Five. (45) Days -- If after forty-five (45) days, no written approval or rejection has been provided from FHWA and FTA, the Secretary of NCDOT, the Chairperson of the MPO, or the Secretary of NCDEQ may provide a written request of review by the Secretary of the USDOT seeking a resolution among the FHWA and FTA.
