Common use of No Action Contrary to Lessee's Rights Under the Lease Clause in Contracts

No Action Contrary to Lessee's Rights Under the Lease. Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this Trust Indenture or the Trust Agreement to the contrary, neither the Indenture Trustee nor the Owner Trustee will take any action contrary to Lessee's rights under the Lease, including the right to possession and use of, and the quiet enjoyment of, the Aircraft, except in accordance with provisions of the Lease.

No Action Contrary to Lessee's Rights Under the Lease. Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this Trust Indenture or the Trust Agreement to the contrary, neither each of the Note Holders, the Indenture Trustee nor and the Owner Trustee agrees for the benefit of the Lessee that it will not take any action contrary to the Lessee's rights under the Lease, including the right of the Lessee to possession and use of, and the quiet enjoyment of, of the Aircraft, except in accordance with the provisions of the Lease.
