No Action Contrary to Lessee's Rights Under the Lease. Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this Indenture or the Trust Agreement to the contrary, each of the Note Holders, the Indenture Trustee and the Owner Trustee agrees for the benefit of the Lessee that it will not take any action contrary to the Lessee's rights under the Lease, including the right of the Lessee to possession and use and quiet enjoyment of the Engine, except in accordance with the provisions of the Lease.
