No Actions Contrary to Township’s Obligation. With respect to operational directives, no Cooperating Volunteer Agency company shall adopt any official action, and no official, officer, agent, or employee of any company shall take any action which might, in the reasonable judgment of the Director of Public Safety materially impair or impede the ability of the Township (acting through the Lower Xxxxxx Township Bureau of Fire, as applicable) to meet the Township’s obligations under and pursuant to this Agreement. If the Director of Public Safety becomes aware of any such action, he or she shall notify the subject Township thereof and, within thirty (30) days following such notice, the Township shall take all steps to remedy or negate the same. If the applicable Cooperating Volunteer Agency company does not resolve the subject condition within such thirty (30) days period, the Township may elect to suspend its contract with said company to Provide Fire Protection Services pursuant to this Agreement.
