No Additional Amendments. The Lease shall be amended and modified only to the extent and as specifically provided for in this First Amendment; it is otherwise ratified and affirmed.
No Additional Amendments. Except as expressly provided in this Addendum, the tems of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
