The Existing Lease. For the purposes of this lease only, the terms of the Existing Lease shall be varied as set out in the Schedule and this lease shall be read and construed accordingly.
The Existing Lease. This Lease supersedes and replaces the Existing Lease as of the Commencement Date, except with respect to the provisions in the Existing Lease relating to the payment of ad valorem taxes and insurance, as described in Paragraph 11(b) above.

The Existing Lease. B. Owner shall pay and discharge, at or prior to the due date, any and all installments of principal and interest due and payable upon any Secured Loan encumbering the Retirement Community. Operator shall have no liability for the payment of any debt service or other costs or payments of whatever nature due with respect to any Secured Loans or the Retirement Community and any such liability shall be solely that of Owner.
The Existing Lease. The Site is currently leased by Seller from Cust-O-Fab Service Company, LLC (“Landlord”) to Seller under the terms of a lease agreement dated May 14,2002 (the “Existing Lease”).
The Existing Lease. The Vendor has granted a lease of the Property to Telekom Malaysia Berhad [Registration No. 198401016183 (128740-P) (“Lessee”) for a period of fifteen (15) years from 9 January 2008 to 8 January 2023 (“Existing Lease”) pursuant to the Master Ijarah Agreement dated 2 January 2008 made between the Vendor and the Lessee as enumerated in Schedule 2 annexed to the SPA (“Master Ijarah Agreement”). The Existing Lease is registered under presentation No. PDSC180/2008 on 9 January 2008.
