Common use of No Additional Incentives Clause in Contracts

No Additional Incentives. Seller agrees that during the Term of this Agreement it shall not seek additional compensation or other benefits pursuant to the Self-Generation Incentive Program, as defined in CPUC Decision 00-00-000, the California Solar Initiative, as defined in CPUC Decision 00-00-000, Buyer’s net energy metering tariff, or other similar California ratepayer subsidized program relating to energy production with respect to the Facility.

No Additional Incentives. Seller agrees that during the Term of this Agreement it Agreement, Seller shall not seek additional compensation or other benefits pursuant to the Self-Generation Incentive Program, as defined in CPUC Decision (“D.”) 00-00-000, the California Solar Initiative, as defined in CPUC Decision 00D.00-00-000, BuyerPG&E’s net energy metering tariff, or other similar California ratepayer subsidized program relating to energy production with respect to the Facility.
