No Additional Incentives. Seller agrees that during the Term of this Agreement it shall not seek additional compensation or other benefits pursuant to the Self-Generation Incentive Program, as defined in CPUC Decision 00-00-000, the California Solar Initiative, as defined in CPUC Decision 00-00-000, Buyer’s net energy metering tariff, or other similar California ratepayer subsidized program relating to energy production with respect to the Facility.
