No Additional Pay/Benefits. Except as specifically set forth above and except as provided in Article 7, no post-termination payments or benefits will be provided to Executive following the Date of Termination of Executive’s employment, except as otherwise provided under any Plan in which Executive is a participant. No 401(k) contributions or contributions to any other Plan will be paid by Employer based on post-termination Separation Pay. Further, Executive will not be entitled to an incentive award under the Employer’s incentive Plans or any other bonus for any fiscal year, or part thereof, during which post-termination Separation Pay is paid.
