Common use of No Additional Pay/Benefits Clause in Contracts

No Additional Pay/Benefits. Except as specifically set forth in this Article 6 or, if applicable, Section 8.11, no post-termination payments or benefits will be provided to Executive with respect to a Change in Control Termination following the Date of Termination of Executive’s employment, except as otherwise provided under any Plan in which Executive is a participant. No 401(k) contributions or contributions to any other Plan will be paid by Employer based on post-termination Change in Control separation pay. Further, except as otherwise specifically provided under this Agreement, Executive will not be entitled to an incentive award under Employer’s incentive Plans or any other bonus for any fiscal year, or part thereof, during which post-termination Change in Control separation pay is paid.
