Common use of No Additional Technical Assistance Clause in Contracts

No Additional Technical Assistance. Except as expressly set forth in this Article 6 or elsewhere in this Agreement, in the Master Separation Agreement or in a separate agreement between a member of the SpinCo Group and a member of the RemainCo Group, no Party shall be required to provide the other Party with any technical assistance or to furnish any other Party with any documents, materials or other information or Know-How.
