No Advances After Certain Dates. BNPLC shall have no obligation to make any Construction Advance (x) after the Base Rent Commencement Date, (y) on or after the Designated Sale Date, or (z) on or after the date of any termination of this Agreement pursuant to subparagraph 5(D) or subparagraph 5(E).
