Completion Notice. Within fifteen Business Days after NAI substantially completes construction of the Construction Project and obtains any certificate of occupancy or other permit (temporary or permanent) required by Applicable Laws for the commencement of NAI’s use and occupancy of the Improvements, NAI must provide a notice (a “Completion Notice”) to BNPPLC, advising BNPPLC thereof, and thereby establish the Completion Date. For purposes of this Agreement and the other Operative Documents, BNPPLC will be entitled to rely without investigation upon any such notice given by NAI as evidence that NAI has, in fact, substantially completed the Construction Project and has obtained any certificate of occupancy or other permit (temporary or permanent) required for the commencement of NAI’s use of the Improvements, and after giving any such notice NAI will be estopped from later claiming that the Completion Date has not occurred.

Tenant shall provide a notice to Landlord (the "Completion Notice") promptly after construction of the Designated Improvements is substantially complete and more than fifty percent (50%) of the Designated Improvements are being occupied by Tenant or any subtenant permitted by Paragraph 11.(a).

Completion Notice. When the results of the Acceptance Testing show that the tested Capacity is operating substantially in conformity with the applicable specifications therefore, EAN Network (for and on behalf of itself or its respective Subsidiary) shall provide written notice thereof to Asia Netcom (for and on behalf of itself or its respective Subsidiary) (a “Completion Notice”), which Completion Notice shall set forth the date upon which EAN Network or its respective Subsidiary will commence delivery of the Capacity to Asia Netcom or its respective Subsidiary.
Completion Notice. Subparagraph 2(c) of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following is inserted in lieu thereof:
Completion Notice. ARTIST shall notify CITY when the ARTWORK is fully installed at the SITE (“Completion Notice”). Completion Notice. 2.1.10.3.6.1 BellSouth shall send AT&T AND TC SYSTEMS completion notices when the LSRs are submitted electronically. If submitted manually, AT&T AND TC SYSTEMS may determine the completion status for all LSRs by accessing the CSOTS Report via the Internet.
Completion Notice. 7.1 As soon as reasonably practicable upon the School being vacated by its pupils and staff the Council shall serve the Completion Notice upon the Purchaser, such Completion Notice giving not less than three months’ notice to the Purchaser of the Completion Date.
7.2 The Completion Notice shall be in substantially the form set out in Appendix 5.
7.3 The Purchaser may, solely at its discretion, agree to waive or shorten the minimum notice period of three months, and if it chooses to do so, must notify the Council of its intention to do so as soon as practicable after receiving the Completion Notice. Should the Purchaser choose to waive or shorten the notice period, it must specify at the same time the revised earlier date that it wishes the Completion Date to be, which shall not be less than one month after the Completion Notice has been served by the Council upon the Purchaser. In that case, the revised date specified by the Purchaser shall be the Completion Date for the purposes of this agreement.
