No Disadvantage No employee shall suffer a reduction in pay as a result of the making of this Agreement. The components used to determine if any financial disadvantage has occurred are wage rates, productivity allowance and excess fares and travel time only. Site allowance, superannuation, redundancy and top-up/24 hour employee insurance contributions will not form part of an employee’s income. Further, this assessment will be based on an ordinary 36-hour working week and no overtime shall be taken into account.

Subsidy 20.1 This Agreement is drafted with the intention that it is lawful and complies with the requirements of the United Kingdom Competition Requirement.
Penalties Business Associate understands that: (a) there may be civil or criminal penalties for misuse or misappropriation of PHI and (b) violations of this Agreement may result in notification by Covered Entity to law enforcement officials and regulatory, accreditation, and licensure organizations.
No Pyramiding Compensation shall not be paid more than once for the same hours under any provision of this Article or Agreement.
Penalty Employees who violate any provision of this law prohibiting strikes or of this Article will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including discharge, and any such disciplinary action by the state shall not be subject to the grievance procedure established herein.
Subsidies 1. The rights and obligations of the Parties in respect of subsidies shall be governed by Articles VI and XVI of the GATT 1994, the WTO Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures and the WTO Agreement on Agriculture.
Financial Participation Prohibited Under Section 2155.004, Texas Government Code (relating to financial participation in preparing solicitations), Contractor certifies that the individual or business entity named in this Contract and any related Solicitation Response is not ineligible to receive this Contract and acknowledges that this Contract may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
