Common use of No Adverse Claims Clause in Contracts

No Adverse Claims. Except for the claims and interest of the parties hereto in the Trading Account and the Trading Account Property, the Commodity Intermediary does not know of any claim to, or interest in, the Trading Account or the Trading Account Property. If any Person notifies the Commodity Intermediary that it is asserting any Lien or adverse claim (including, but not limited to, any writ, garnishment, judgment, warrant of attachment, execution or similar process) against the Trading Account or the Trading Account Property, the Commodity Intermediary will promptly notify the Secured Party and the Debtor thereof.
