Common use of No Advertising of the Premises Clause in Contracts

No Advertising of the Premises. The Tenant shall not print, publish, post, display or broadcast any notice or advertisement to the effect that the Premises are for lease or for sale or otherwise advertise the proposed sale or lease of the whole or any part of the Premises and shall not permit any broker or other party to do any of the foregoing, unless the complete text and format of any such notice, advertisement or offer is first approved in writing by the Landlord. Without in any way restricting or limiting the Landlord’s right to refuse any text or format on other grounds, no text proposed by the Tenant shall contain any reference to the rental rate of the Premises.
