No Agency, Partnership or Joint Venture. In giving effect to this Agreement, no Party shall be or be deemed an agent or employee of the other Party for any purpose and their relationship to each other shall be that of independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute a partnership or a joint venture between the Parties. No Party shall have the right to enter into contracts on behalf of, pledge the credit of, or incur liabilities on behalf of, the other Party.
