Executive Summary. Contractor shall, upon request by NASPO ValuePoint, provide NASPO ValuePoint with an executive summary that includes but is not limited to a list of states with an active Participating Addendum, states with which Contractor is in negotiations, and any Participating Addendum roll-out or implementation activities and issues. NASPO ValuePoint and Contractor will determine the format and content of the executive summary.
Executive Summary. Executive Summary. The Executive Summary shall be written in a non-technical style and shall contain sufficient information for reviewers with both technical and non-technical backgrounds to become familiar with Proposer's Proposal and Proposer’s ability to satisfy the financial and technical requirements of the Project. 2. The Trust Advisor’s review of the Final Asset Status Reports should be considered a limited investigation and not be considered a full or limited audit. 3. All opinions outlined herein are limited to the Specially Serviced Mortgage Loans of this mortgage loan pool with respect to which Final Asset Status Reports have been delivered by the [General][Co-op] Special Servicer. Confidentiality and other provisions prohibit the Trust Advisor from using information it is privy to from other assignments in facilitating the activities of this assignment.
4. As required under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Trust Advisor has undertaken a reasonable review of such additional limited non-privileged information and documentation provided by the [General] [Co-op] Special Servicer prior to the Trust Advisor finalizing its annual assessment.
