No Agreement Until Execution. This Agreement and the terms hereof shall not be deemed to be effective or binding until each of the parties hereto have mutually executed and delivered the Agreement. Any submission or other exchange of drafts or iterations of this Agreement is not, and shall not constitute, a binding offer or other binding agreement.
