Common use of NO AMENDMENTS EXCEPT IN WRITING Clause in Contracts

NO AMENDMENTS EXCEPT IN WRITING. No addition to, variation of, or agreed cancellation of, this Agreement shall be of any force or effect unless in writing and signed by or on behalf of the Parties.

NO AMENDMENTS EXCEPT IN WRITING. No addition to, variation of, or agreed cancellation of, of the Agreement (including the provisions of this Agreement clause) shall be of any force or effect unless in writing and signed by or on behalf of the Parties. In particular, the Parties agree that any term or condition which may be contained on any order, written or verbal, and which is at variance with the terms of the Agreement, shall be of no force or effect unless incorporated in a document signed by both Parties and which has been prepared specifically for the purpose of varying the terms of the Agreement.
