Common use of No Animals Clause in Contracts

No Animals. Tenant covenants and agrees that no animals shall be permitted or kept on the Demised Premises or the Property; provided, however, that nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting qualified service animals which may not be legally excluded from the Demised Premises or Property pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act or any similar law, rule or regulation applicable to the Property.
