No Approvals, etc. No Governmental Approval by any Governmental Authority under any Applicable Laws of the United States of America or the State of Connecticut relating to the banking or trust powers of the Administrative Agent is or will be required in connection with the execution and delivery by Administrative Agent of the Operative Documents to which it is party or the performance by Administrative Agent of its obligations under such Operative Documents.
