No assignment by Borrowers. No Borrower may assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement.
No assignment by Borrowers. The Borrowers shall not assign or transfer any of their rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of each of the Lenders.
No assignment by Borrowers. Neither Borrower shall assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under any of the Loan Documents without the prior written consent of each of the Banks.
No assignment by Borrowers. None of the Borrower Parties may assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement or the other Loan Documents without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent and one hundred percent (100%) of the Lenders. Subject to the foregoing, all provisions contained in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and in any document or agreement referred to herein or therein or relating hereto or thereto shall inure to the benefit of the Administrative Agent and each Lender, their respective successors and assigns, and shall be binding upon each of the Borrower Parties and such Person’s successors and assigns.
No assignment by Borrowers. No Borrower may assign any of its rights hereunder without the prior written consent of Bank, and Bank shall not be required to lend hereunder except to Borrowers as they presently exist.
No assignment by Borrowers. Neither of the Borrowers may assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement.
No assignment by Borrowers. The Borrowers may not assign or transfer any of their respective rights or obligations under this Agreement or any of the other Security Documents.
No assignment by Borrowers. 15.2.1 No Borrower may assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement.
15.2.2 If so directed by the Agent (acting on the instructions of all Banks), the Borrowers shall procure that any Security Party which is a FATCA FFI or a US Tax Obligor shall resign as a Security Party prior to the earliest FATCA Application Date relating to any payment by that Security Party (or any payment by the Agent which relates to a payment by that Security Party).
No assignment by Borrowers. Neither of the Borrowers nor Stena AB may assign or transfer any of its respective rights or obligations under any of the Security Documents.
No assignment by Borrowers. The Borrowers may not assign or otherwise transfer any of their respective rights or obligations under any of the Finance Documents.
