Common use of No assignment, novation or transfer Clause in Contracts

No assignment, novation or transfer. Subject to the other provisions of this clause 17, neither party will directly or indirectly assign, novate, transfer or otherwise dispose of any of its rights or obligations under the Agreement, except with the prior written consent of the other party, not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
