Common use of No Assignment or Subcontracting Clause in Contracts

No Assignment or Subcontracting. Neither this Agreement nor any of the rights and obligations arising from it shall be assignable in whole or in part by any Party, except with the prior written approval of the other Party. For greater certainty, Carrier shall not be entitled to subcontract any of its obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of BMO.
