No Assignment or Waiver. 14.1 No Party shall assign the Agreement or any rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of other Parties. 14.2 Any Party’s failure to exercise any rights hereunder shall not constitute or be deemed as a waiver or loss of such rights by that Party.
