No Assignment or Waiver. This Agreement may not be assigned or sublet, in whole or in part. Additionally, this Agreement may not be amended or modified, except in writing and approved by the Director of Residential Life or the Xxxx of Students. This Agreement may not be waived, in whole or in part, by delay in enforcement or otherwise, except, in each instance, as approved in writing by the Director of Residential Life or the Xxxx of Students.
