NO ASSIGNMENT; SUCCESSORS. This Agreement shall be for the benefit of and binding upon the permitted successors and assigns of the Parties. Property Manager may not assign its rights or obligations hereunder, by operation of law or otherwise, without Operating Partnership’s prior written consent.
