Common use of NO ASSIGNMENT; SUCCESSORS Clause in Contracts

NO ASSIGNMENT; SUCCESSORS. The Company may assign this Agreement to any successor to all or part of its assets or business without your consent. Except as specifically provided in this Agreement, no party may assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party. Subject to the foregoing, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of each party’s successors, permitted assignees, heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives.
