No Assignment to Certain Persons. No such assignment shall be made (A) to the Borrower or any of the Borrower’s Affiliates or Subsidiaries, except as set forth in Section 11.06(i), (B) to any Defaulting Lender or any of its Subsidiaries, or any Person who, upon becoming a Lender hereunder, would constitute any of the foregoing Persons described in this clause (iv), (C) to a natural person or (D) to any Disqualified Institution; and

No Assignment to Certain Persons. No such assignment shall be made (A) to the any Borrower or any of the Borrower’s Affiliates or Subsidiaries, except as set forth in Section 11.06(i)Affiliates, (B) to any Defaulting Lender or any of its Subsidiaries, or any Person who, upon becoming a Lender hereunder, would constitute any of the foregoing Persons described in this clause (iv), B) or (C) to a natural person or (D) to any Disqualified Institution; andPerson.

No Assignment to Certain Persons. No such assignment shall be made (A) to the Borrower or any of the Borrower’s Affiliates or Subsidiaries, Subsidiaries except as set forth to the Borrower in accordance with Annex I or Section 11.06(i10.06(f), (B) to any Defaulting Lender or any of its Subsidiaries, or any Person who, upon becoming a Lender hereunder, would constitute any of the foregoing Persons described in this clause (iv‎(B), or (C) to a natural person or (D) to any Disqualified Institution; andPerson.

No Assignment to Certain Persons. No such assignment shall be made (A) to the any Borrower or any of the such Borrower’s Affiliates or Subsidiaries, except as set forth in Section 11.06(i), or (B) to any Defaulting Lender or any of its SubsidiariesSubsidiary, or any Person who, upon becoming a Lender hereunder, would constitute any of the foregoing Persons described in this clause (ivB), or (C) to a natural person or (D) to any Disqualified Institution; andPerson.

No such assignment shall be made to (A) to the Borrower Borrower, the Parent or any of the Borrower’s or Parent’s Affiliates or Subsidiaries, except as set forth in Section 11.06(i), or (B) to any Defaulting Lender or Lender, any Impacted Lender, any of its their respective Subsidiaries, or any Person whowhich, upon becoming a Lender hereunder, would constitute any of the foregoing Persons described in this clause (ivB), or (C) to a natural person or (D) to any Disqualified Institution; andperson.

No such assignment shall be made (A) to the any Borrower or any of the such Borrower’s Affiliates or Subsidiaries, except as set forth in Section 11.06(i), or (B) to any Defaulting Lender or any Deteriorating Lender or any Subsidiary of its Subsidiariessuch Person, or any Person who, upon becoming a Lender hereunder, would constitute any of the foregoing Persons described in this clause (ivB), or (C) to a natural person or (D) to any Disqualified Institution; andperson.

No such assignment shall be made (A) to the Borrower or any of the Borrower’s 's Affiliates or Subsidiaries, except as set forth in Section 11.06(i), or (B) to any Defaulting Lender or any of its Subsidiariessubsidiaries, or any Person who, upon becoming a Lender hereunder, would constitute any of the foregoing Persons described in this clause (ivB), or (C) to a natural person or (D) to any Disqualified Institution; andperson.

No such assignment shall be made (A) except as permitted under Section 11.06(i), to the Borrower or any of the Borrower’s Affiliates or Subsidiaries, except as set forth in Section 11.06(i), Subsidiaries or (B) to any Defaulting Lender or any of its Subsidiaries, or any Person who, upon becoming a Lender hereunder, would constitute any of the foregoing Persons described in this clause (iv), B) or (C) to a natural person or (D) to any Disqualified Institution; andPerson.
