No Assignment to Company. No such assignment shall be made to the Company or any of the Company’s Affiliates or Subsidiaries.

No such assignment shall be made to (A) the Company or any of the Company’s Affiliates or Subsidiaries, (B) any Defaulting Lender or any of its Subsidiaries, or any Person who, upon becoming a Lender hereunder, would constitute any of the foregoing persons described in this clause (B) or (C) a natural person.
