No Assignment to Disqualified Institutions. No such assignment shall be made to a Disqualified Institution. The Administrative Agent shall have no responsibility for or duty to ascertain or inquire into compliance by any Lender or other person with the restrictions and limitations relating to Disqualified Institutions.
