Common use of No Assurance of Employment Clause in Contracts

No Assurance of Employment. Neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement by the Company and the Eligible Employee nor the creation of any fund, trust or account, nor the payment of any benefits shall be construed as giving the Eligible Employee the right to be retained in the service of the Employer, and the Eligible Employee shall remain subject to discharge to the same extent as if this Agreement had never been entered into.
