No Authority to Conduct Business. The purpose of the Trust is limited to the matters set forth in Section 1.03 hereof, specifically, and there is no objective to carry on any business unrelated to the Trust purposes set forth in Section 1.03 hereof, or divide the gains therefrom. For the avoidance of doubt, the Trust is not intended to be a business trust.

This Agreement shall not be construed to confer upon the Trustees any authority to conduct business.
