Common use of No Automatic Renewal Clause in Contracts

No Automatic Renewal. Contractor shall not include any automatic renewal provisions in their quotes or ordering documents. Any such automatic renewal provisions will have no effect and will not be binding to the Purchasing Entity. If there is no such request for extension, the parties will have no further obligations to each other under Statement of Work (Exhibit A) in the Master Agreement and this Participating AddendumAgreement.
