No Benefit from Recommendations. A. Contractor shall not directly or indirectly receive any benefit from recommendations made to CalPERS and shall disclose to CalPERS any personal investment or economic interest of Contractor which may be enhanced by the recommendations made to CalPERS. B. Consistent with Public Contract Code Section 10365.5, neither Contractor, nor any of its subsidiaries, may submit a bid or be awarded a contract for the provision of services, procurement of goods or supplies, or any other related action which is required, suggested, or otherwise deemed to be appropriate in the end product that Contractor provides under this Agreement.
