NO BINDING AUTHORITY. The Producer will have no authority whatsoever to bind the Company or the General Agent to any Policy, contract or obligation.
NO BINDING AUTHORITY. Freelancer shall have no authority to act on behalf of Newspaper or to represent Freelancer to be Newspaper’s agent. Freelancer shall not bind Newspaper to any legal obligation(s) by statement, promise or representation, and may not waive Newspaper’s rights, remedies or obligations.
NO BINDING AUTHORITY. 23.1 The relationship between the Parties constitutes a contract on specific terms and for a specific purpose. Nothing in this Agreement or the acts of the Parties shall constitute or be deemed to construe a general partnership, licensor-licensee, franchisor-franchisee, or other special relationship between the Parties other than as expressly stated in this Agreement. In no case shall either Party have the right or prerogative to contract for, bind or make representations on the part of the other.
NO BINDING AUTHORITY. Focus shall not, without the prior written consent of MHB or MH, enter into any contract or commitment in the name of or on behalf of MHB or MH or bind MHB or MH in any respect whatsoever.
NO BINDING AUTHORITY. The parties hereto understand and agree that in no event, nor under any circumstance whatsoever, shall this Agreement ever be interpreted or constructed to the effect that the PRODUCER may bind MGI or any company or underwriter represented by MGI.
NO BINDING AUTHORITY. Neither party hereto shall have the right to bind the other in any manner whatsoever and nothing contained herein shall give or is intended to give any rights of any kind to any third party.
NO BINDING AUTHORITY. Agent understands and acknowledges that it does not have any direct, express or implied authority to bind AICU for coverage on any risks except as agreed to in writing by the Agent and AICU, or where Agent has documented binding authority as set forth in the “Direct Select” program addendum if applicable.
NO BINDING AUTHORITY. The parties hereto understand and agree that in no event, nor under any circumstance whatsoever, shall this Agreement ever be interpreted or constructed to the effect that the PRODUCER may bind TMG or any company or underwriter represented by TMG.
NO BINDING AUTHORITY. The parties hereto understand and agree that in no event shall this Agreement be interpreted or construed to the effect that the PRODUCER may bind HPSI or any company or underwriter represented by HPSI. Unless agreed to in writing, HPSI shall have no responsibility to provide notice of any claim to any insurer, such obligation being the sole responsibility of the INSURED and/or the PRODUCER. Nor, absent an agreement in writing, shall HPSI have any responsibility to deal with any finance company acting on behalf of or in connection with the PRODUCER or any INSURED or otherwise be responsible to them for any monies owed. The PRODUCER may not solicit, receive and accept applications or proposals directly from other insurance agents or sub-agents of the PRODUCER, without the express agreement of HPSI. HPSI acknowledges that the Producer acts as a wholesale broker. HPSI also acknowledges that sub-producers may issue certificates of insurance as proof of insurance for policies issued under this agreement.
NO BINDING AUTHORITY. The parties hereto understand and agree that in no event, nor under any circumstances whatsoever, shall this Agreement ever be interpreted or construed to the effect that the PRODUCER may bind ACES or any company or underwriter represented by ACES. It is further understood that the PRODUCER is not the employee, agent or authorized representative of ACES.
