It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Lease shall confer upon Lessee only the right to use and occupy the Premises, and, to exercise such other rights as are conferred upon Lessee by this Lease. The parties agree that this Lease is not intended to have a bonus value, nor to serve as a vehicle whereby Lessee may profit by a future transfer of this Lease, or as a result of any favourable terms contained herein or any future changes in the market for leased space.
