No Breach of Applicable Laws. None of the Obligor Parties has breached any applicable law, rule, regulation or any agreements which breach, and no amount that is payable by any Obligor Party under any applicable law, rule, regulation or any agreements or any Authorisation has not been paid where such failure to pay, has or is reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect or result in revocation or non-renewal of IDC Licenses.
