No Broker. Seller has not dealt with any broker, investment banker, agent, or other person, except for Purchaser, who may be entitled to any commission or compensation in connection with the sale of Purchased Assets pursuant to this Agreement; provided, that if Seller has dealt with any broker, investment banker, agent, or other person, except for Purchaser, who may be entitled to any commission or compensation in connection with the sale of Purchased Assets pursuant to this Agreement, such commission or compensation shall have been paid in full by Seller.

Seller has not dealt with any broker, investment banker, agent, or other person, except for PurchaserBuyer and Milestone Merchant Partners, who may be entitled to any commission or compensation in connection with the sale of Purchased Assets pursuant to this Agreement; provided, that if Seller has dealt with any broker, investment banker, agent, or other person, except for Purchaser, who may be entitled to any commission or compensation in connection with the sale of Purchased Assets pursuant to this Agreement, such commission or compensation shall have been paid in full by Seller.

No Broker. Other than with respect to Additional Collateral Loans, Seller has not dealt with any broker, investment banker, agent, or other person, except for PurchaserBuyer, who may be entitled to any commission or compensation in connection with the sale of Purchased Assets Loans pursuant to this Agreement; provided, that if Seller has dealt with any broker, investment banker, agent, or other person, except for PurchaserBuyer, who may be entitled to any commission or compensation in connection with the sale of Purchased Assets Loans pursuant to this Agreement, such commission or compensation shall have been paid in full by Seller.

No Broker. Seller has not dealt with any broker, investment banker, agent, or other person, except for PurchaserBuyer, who may be entitled to any commission or compensation in connection with the sale of Purchased Assets Loans pursuant to this Agreement; provided, that if Seller has dealt with any broker, investment banker, agent, or other person, except for PurchaserBuyer, who may be entitled to any commission or compensation in connection with the sale of Purchased Assets Loans pursuant to this Agreement, such commission or compensation shall have been paid in full by Seller.

Seller has not dealt with any broker, investment banker, agent, or other person, except for PurchaserAdministrative Agent and Buyer, who may be entitled to any commission or compensation in connection with the sale of Purchased Assets pursuant to this Agreement; provided, that if Seller has dealt with any broker, investment banker, agent, or other person, except for PurchaserAdministrative Agent or Buyer, who may be entitled to any commission or compensation in connection with the sale of Purchased Assets pursuant to this Agreement, such commission or compensation shall have been paid in full by Seller.

The Seller has not dealt with any broker, investment banker, agent, agent or other personPerson, except for the Purchaser (or an Affiliate of the Purchaser), who may be entitled to any commission or compensation in connection with the sale of Purchased Assets pursuant to this Agreement; provided, that if Seller has dealt with any broker, investment banker, agent, or other person, except for Purchaser, who may be entitled to any commission or compensation in connection with the sale of Purchased Assets pursuant to this Agreement, such commission or compensation shall have been paid in full by Seller.

Seller has not dealt with any broker, investment banker, agent, or other person, except for PurchaserBuyer, who may be entitled to any commission or compensation in connection with the sale of Purchased Assets Participation Interests pursuant to this Agreement; provided, that if Seller has dealt with any broker, investment banker, agent, or other person, except for PurchaserBuyer, who may be entitled to any commission or compensation in connection with the sale of Purchased Assets Participation Interests pursuant to this Agreement, such commission or compensation shall have been paid in full by Seller.

No Broker. Except for [***], Seller has not dealt engaged, retained or entered into an agreement with any broker, investment banker, agentbroker, finder or other person, except for Purchaser, intermediary which has been authorized to act on behalf of Seller who may might be entitled to any fee or commission or compensation in connection with the sale of Purchased Assets pursuant to transactions contemplated by this Agreement; provided, that if Seller has dealt with any broker, investment banker, agent, or other person, except for Purchaser, who may be entitled to any commission or compensation in connection with the sale of Purchased Assets pursuant to this Agreement, such commission or compensation shall have been paid in full by Seller.
