Common use of No Brokers Fees; No Commissions Clause in Contracts

No Brokers Fees; No Commissions. All negotiations relative to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby have been carried on by the Sellers directly with the Buyer without the intervention of any other person or entity acting on behalf of the Sellers in such a manner as to give rise to any claim against the Buyer for a brokerage commission, finder's fee or other similar payment.

No Brokers Fees; No Commissions. All negotiations relative to this Agreement hereto and the transactions contemplated hereby have been carried on by the Sellers Shareholders directly with the Buyer and Delta without any act by the intervention of any other person or entity acting on behalf of the Sellers in such a manner as to Shareholders that would give rise to any claim against the Buyer Company, the Buyer, Delta or their respective Affiliates for a brokerage commission, finder's fee or other similar payment.

All negotiations relative to this Agreement hereto and the transactions contemplated hereby have been carried on by the Sellers Buyer and Merger Sub directly with the Sellers without any act by Buyer without the intervention of any other person or entity acting on behalf of the Sellers in such a manner as to Merger Sub that would give rise to any claim against the Buyer Sellers or their Affiliates for a brokerage commission, finder's fee or other similar payment.

All negotiations relative to this Agreement hereto -------------------------------- and the transactions contemplated hereby have been carried on by the Sellers Buyer directly with the Seller without any act by Buyer without the intervention of any other person or entity acting on behalf of the Sellers in such a manner as to that would give rise to any claim against the Buyer Seller or its Affiliates for a brokerage commission, finder's fee or other similar payment.

All negotiations relative to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby have been carried on by the Sellers directly with the Buyer without the intervention of any other person or entity acting on behalf of the act by Sellers in such a manner as to that would give rise to any claim against Buyer, the Buyer Subsidiaries or any of their Affiliates for a brokerage commission, finder's fee or other similar payment.

All negotiations relative to this Agreement hereto and the transactions contemplated hereby have been carried on by the Sellers Purchaser directly with the Buyer Shareholder without the intervention of any other person or entity acting on behalf of the Sellers in such a manner as to act by Purchaser that would give rise to any claim against Shareholder or the Buyer Corporation for a brokerage commission, finder's ’s fee or other similar payment.

All negotiations relative to this Agreement hereto and the transactions contemplated hereby have been carried on by the Sellers Shareholder directly with the Buyer Purchaser without the intervention of any other person or entity acting on behalf of the Sellers in such a manner as to act by Shareholder that would give rise to any claim against Purchaser or the Buyer Corporation for a brokerage commission, finder's ’s fee or other similar payment.

No Brokers Fees; No Commissions. All negotiations on behalf of Buyers relative to this Agreement and the Related Agreements and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby have been carried on by the Sellers Buyers directly with the Sellers, without any act by any Buyer without the intervention of any other person or entity acting on behalf of the Sellers in such a manner as to that would give rise to any claim against the Buyer any Seller or any of its Affiliates for a brokerage commission, finder's ’s fee or other similar payment.

All Except as directed by Sellers and noted in Section 3.8(b), all negotiations relative to this Agreement hereto and the transactions contemplated hereby have been carried on by the Sellers Buyer directly with the Sellers without any act by Buyer without the intervention of any other person or entity acting on behalf of the Sellers in such a manner as to that would give rise to any claim against the Buyer Sellers or their Affiliates for a brokerage commission, finder's fee or other similar payment.
