No Brokers Fees; No Commissions. All negotiations relative hereto and the transactions contemplated hereby have been carried on by UbiquiTel or any of the Merger Subs directly with the LLC Parties without any act by UbiquiTel or the Merger Subs that would give rise to any claim against the LLC Parties, Xxxxx or their Affiliates for a brokerage commission, finder's fee or other similar payment.
