NO BROKERS, FINDERS OR FINANCIAL ADVISORY FEES OR COMMISSIONS No brokers, finders or financial advisory fees or commissions will be payable by the Company, its agents or Subsidiaries, with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
No Brokers or Finders Other than as contemplated by this Agreement, the Company has not incurred and will not incur any liability for any finder’s or broker’s fee or agent’s commission in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
No Broker’s or Finder’s Fees No agent, broker, investment banker, person or firm acting on behalf of Seller is or will be entitled to any broker’s or finder’s fee or any other commission or similar fee in connection with any of the transactions contemplated herein except for the Seller as described in Appendix 201j.
Broker’s or Finder’s Fee No agent, broker, person or firm acting on behalf of the Company or the Seller is, or will be, entitled to any commission or broker’s or finder’s fees from any of the parties hereto, or from any person controlling, controlled by, or under common control with any of the parties hereto, in connection with this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated herein.
Brokers or Finders The Company has not incurred, and will not incur, directly or indirectly, as a result of any action taken by the Company, any liability for brokerage or finders’ fees or agents’ commissions or any similar charges in connection with this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated hereby.
Broker’s or Finder’s Fees No agent, broker, person or firm acting on behalf of LICENSOR is, or will be, entitled to any fee, commission or broker’s or finder’s fees for which the LICENSEE may be liable in connection with this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated hereby.
No Broker or Finder Each of the parties hereto represents and warrants to the other that no broker, finder or other financial consultant has acted on its behalf in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby in such a way as to create any liability on the other. Each of the parties hereto agrees to indemnify and save the other harmless from any claim or demand for commission or other compensation by any broker, finder, financial consultant or similar agent claiming to have been employed by or on behalf of such party and to bear the cost of legal expenses incurred in defending against any such claim.
Broker’s, Finder’s or Similar Fees There are no brokerage commissions, finder’s fees or similar fees or commissions payable by the Company in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby based on any agreement, arrangement or understanding with the Company or any action taken by the Company.
No Finders or Brokers Neither Purchaser nor any of its Affiliates has entered into any agreement, arrangement or understanding with any Person to pay any finder's fee, brokerage commission, advisory fee or similar payment in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
Broker’s or Finder’s Commissions No broker’s or finder’s fee or commission will be payable with respect to the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
