Common use of No Brokers/Indemnification Clause in Contracts

No Brokers/Indemnification. Each party represents to the other that such party has had no dealings or negotiations with any broker or agent in connection with the consummation of this Agreement other than XX Xxxxx Leasing LLC and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx (collectively, the “Brokers”) and each party covenants and agrees to defend, hold harmless and indemnify the other from and against any and all cost, expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) or liability resulting from the inaccuracy of the foregoing representation by the applicable party. Landlord shall pay commissions due the Brokers in connection with this Agreement, if any, pursuant to the terms of separate agreements between Landlord and each Broker.
