No Cash Disbursements. Manager shall not make any cash disbursements from the Enterprise Accounts except for the payment of cash prizes from the House Bank; and except for such cash disbursements from the House Bank, any and all payments or disbursements by the Manager shall be made by check or wire transfer drawn against an Enterprise Bank Account.
