No Change in Business or Credit and Collection Policy. The SPV may not make or permit to be made any change in the character of its business and the Servicer may not make or permit to be made any change in the Credit and Collection Policy, which change would, in either case, impair the collectability of a material portion of the Pool Receivables or otherwise have a Material Adverse Effect without the prior written consent of the Facility Agent.
