No Change in Business or Credit and Collection Policy. Neither the Seller nor the Servicer shall make any change in the character of its business or in the Credit and Collection Policy, which change would, in either case, impair the collectability of any Purchased Receivable or Related Security or otherwise have a Material Adverse Change with respect to the Seller or the Servicer.
