No Change to Grassland Project or Baseline. Project Owner shall not change, modify or revise the Grassland Project or Baseline in any way unless the Reserve consents to such change, modification or revision. If the Reserve consents to modification or revision of the Grassland Project or Baseline, then the Grassland Project Monitoring Plan attached hereto as Exhibit C shall be updated and recorded in accordance with this Section 18.
