No Claim, Loan or Ownership Interest. Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, the purchase of Tokens: (a) does not provide Purchaser with rights of any form with respect to the Company or its revenues or assets, including, without limitation, any voting, distribution, redemption, liquidation, proprietary (including all forms of intellectual property) or other financial or legal rights; (b) is not a loan to Company; and (c) does not provide Purchaser with any ownership, equity, or other interest in the Company.
No Claim, Loan or Ownership Interest. Other than the rights of ownership expressly set forth in this Exhibit B, the holder of Tokens do not have rights of any form with respect to the Company or its revenues or assets, including, without limitation, any voting, distribution, redemption, liquidation, proprietary (including all forms of intellectual property) or other financial or legal rights. The Tokens are not indebtedness of Company.
No Claim, Loan or Ownership Interest. The purchase of DDAs and ultimate ownership of Tokens (i) does not provide Purchaser with rights of any form with respect to the Token Issuer or its revenues or assets, including, but not limited to, any voting, distribution, redemption, liquidation, proprietary (including all forms of intellectual property), or other financial or legal rights in the Token Issuer; (ii) is not a loan to Token Issuer; and (iii) does not provide Purchaser with any ownership or other interest in Token Issuer.
No Claim, Loan or Ownership Interest. The purchase of Tokens through a Fund (i) does not provide Investor with rights of any form with respect to the General Partner or Token LLC or their respective revenues or assets, including, but not limited to, any voting, distribution, redemption, liquidation, proprietary (including all forms of intellectual property), or other financial or legal rights; (ii) is not a loan to General Partner or Token LLC; and (iii) does not provide Investor with any ownership or other interest in General Partner or Token LLC.
No Claim, Loan or Ownership Interest. The purchase of EOS Tokens: (a) does not provide Buyer with rights of any form with respect to the Company or its revenues or assets, including, but not limited to, any voting, distribution, redemption, liquidation, proprietary (including all forms of intellectual property), or other financial or legal rights; (b) is not a loan to Company; and (c) does not provide Buyer with any ownership or other interest in Company.
No Claim, Loan or Ownership Interest. The purchase of Blockstack Tokens: (a) does not provide Purchaser with rights of any form with respect to the Company or its revenues or assets, including, but not limited to, any voting, distribution, redemption, liquidation, proprietary (including all forms of intellectual property), or other financial or legal rights; (b) is not a loan to Company; and (c) does not provide Purchaser with any ownership or other interest in Company.
No Claim, Loan or Ownership Interest. Neither this Agreement nor the purchase of the Buyer Tokens (i) provides Buyer with any claim whatsoever with respect to Token Vendor, its Affiliates and/or their respective assets; (ii) is a loan to Token Vendor; (iii) provides Buyer with any ownership interest whatsoever in Token Vendor; and (iv) provide Buyer with any rights of a stockholder of Token Vendor or any right to vote for the election of directors or upon any matter submitted to stockholders at any meeting thereof, or to give or withhold consent to any corporate action or to receive notice of meetings, or to receive subscription rights or otherwise.

The purchase of CRD Tokens: (a) does not provide Buyer with rights of any form with respect to the Company or its revenues or assets, including, but not limited to, any voting, distribution, redemption, liquidation, proprietary (including all forms of intellectual property), or other financial or legal rights; (b) is not a loan to Company; and (c) does not provide Buyer with any ownership or other interest in Company.
No Claim, Loan or Ownership Interest. The purchase of Coins: (a) shall not provide Purchaser with rights of any form with respect to Company or its revenues or assets, including, but not limited to, any voting, distribution, redemption, liquidation, proprietary (including all forms of intellectual property), or other financial or legal rights; (b) shall not be deemed to be a loan to the Company; and (c) shall not provide Purchaser with any capital or other form of ownership or other interest in Company.
No Claim, Loan or Ownership Interest. The purchase of UNTD Coins: (a) does not provi- de Buyer with any voting, redemption, liquidation, proprietary rights (including all forms of intellectual property); (b) does not represent any kind of loan to Company; and (c) does not provide Buyer with any ownership or other interest in Company.
